Colin Okoye

Managing Attorney

Colin Okoye is a first generation African-American with his practice areas focusing in Criminal Defense and Family Law.

Colin has a diverse work history including experience in Investment Banking and Securities Regulations.

Desiring to make a direct impact on the lives of others, Colin went on to work for the Public Defender’s Office in the Sixteenth Judicial Circuit in York, South Carolina. While an Assistant Public Defender, he represented hundreds of clients in a variety of criminal cases.

In his leisure time, Colin enjoys playing tennis, reading, traveling and spending time with his family. He is a loyal Tarheels fan.

Christopher Mignacca

Associate Attorney

Christopher R. Mignacca earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of Florida and a Juris Doctor from the Colorado Law School. During law school, Christopher served as a Casenote & Comment Editor for the Colorado Law Review and was a member of the Moot Court Bar. Christopher also completed a semester-long judicial externship with the Honorable Christopher G. Seldin in Aspen, Colorado.

After law school, Christopher decided to practice criminal defense, handling cases primarily in York, Lancaster, Chester, and Cherokee Counties. Christopher is admitted to practice and has handled cases in the state courts of South Carolina ranging from traffic matters to DUI, domestic violence, possession/PWID, larceny, and financial crimes. Christopher has successfully litigated cases in Municipal Court, Magistrate Court, General Sessions Court, and the Office of Motor Vehicle Hearings.

In his leisure time, Christopher enjoys self-publishing poetry, producing beats, collecting whiskey, and reading books about mythology and philosophy.
